May Dinner for eight.

May Menu for eight

  • Arugula Salad with Walnut Vinaigrette, Granny Smith Apples and Dubliner White Cheddar (not pictured)
  • Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Gorgonzola Walnut Butter over Garlic Mashed Potatoes with Roasted Cipollini Onions and Broccolinni
  • Fresh Baked Bread (not pictured)
  • Italian Lemon Crème Cake (not pictured)

This plated dinner for eight in May was intended to impress the palate with tastes that screamed, “anything but mundane” without pushing the envelope too hard. The flavors were familiar, but in un expected combinations and a Walnut Vinaigrette that was worthy of licking the salad plate… or so we were told.
